Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period — no partial refunds, no surprises.
What happens to my data if I downgrade? +
Your scan history, diary entries, and routine data are always kept. If you downgrade, you simply lose access to premium features — but nothing is deleted. You can upgrade again anytime and everything will still be there.
How does the scan count reset? +
Your scan allowance resets on the same date every month — your subscription renewal date. Unused scans do not roll over.
Is payment secure? +
All payments are processed by Paystack, Nigeria's leading payment infrastructure. MIRRA never sees or stores your card details.
Can I upgrade from Clarity to Ritual? +
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your profile page. The difference is charged on a prorated basis for the remainder of your billing period.
